**Nested if statements (50 points)**

- A quadratic equation is a polynomial which can be written
in the form : ax² + bx + c = 0 where a is not equal to 0.
Your program must allow the user to enter the coefficients of
any polynomial equation as floats.
- It must also calculate the discriminate of the quadratic equation.

The discriminate is defined as : b² - 4ac.
- Your program must determine the nature of the solution of the
quadratic equation.
- if b² - 4ac = 0 then there is one real root.
- if b² - 4ac > 0 then there are two real solutions.
- if b² - 4ac < 0 then there are two non-real solutions.

- A nested loop is required for this program. Base your nested if
structure on the nature of the solutions of the quadratic equation.
- Your program must then output the quadratic equation, it's discriminate,
and the nature of the equations solution.
- Make sure your program can display the sample outputs below.
